VacZine Analytics releases two new studies: C.diff in China and US MenACWY vaccine forecast

Vaccine R&D pipeline update: new influenza studies

LONDON, UK—-November 3rd 2009—-VaccineSTATS. DATABASE update: According to clinicaltrials.gov around 40 studies focused on influenza were logged between August 2009 and November 2009, the majority focused on H1N1 vaccines. Most studies were either Phase II and/or Phase III advancements. Interesting other inclusions were Sanofi Pasteur’s Quadrivalent seasonal candidate (QIV), UMN Pharma’s recombinant H5N1 candidate, UMN-0501 (Protein Sciences) being studied in Japan and Vaxinnate’s (VAX125) hemagglutinin (HA)-flagellin flu candidate now entering Phase II. Vaccine R&D pipeline update: new Phase I studies
